Michelle Cherry, Partner/ Broker Associate

As a Realtor since 2000 and a Broker Associate since 2006 in the Austin area, Michelle considers herself a skilled negotiator and trustworthy consultant. Involved with numerous transactions including residential homes, investment properties, vacant lots, acreage, small developments and commercial transactions gives Michelle a vast amount of knowledge that she gladly shares with her clients.

In 2006, Michelle became a Partner and invested into Capital City Sotheby’s International Realty. It has always been a goal to become an investor in a real estate company and after joining Capital City Sotheby’s International Realty in 2005, Michelle realized this company was unique for the Austin area and felt it was time to make the investment.

Michelle loves real estate and her passion is evident with each transaction, regardless of the price range of the property. She understands that every client is important to the continued success of her business so she strives to work professionally, ethically and honestly so clients call her the next time they need to buy or sell a home.

In Michelle’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. Michelle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and holds the GRI designation, Graduate of REALTOR Institute, and is a member of CRS, Council of Residential Specialists which is held by the top 4% of REALTORS nationwide.

April Davis, Client Care Manager

April joined the Cherry Team in November of 2005. Since that time she has helped contribute to the success of the Cherry Team. Prior to joining the Cherry Team, April was a Real Estate Assistant for five years with Coldwell Banker and Re/Max in Southlake, Texas. 

April coordinates all transactions from contract to close and faciliatates between the title company, lenders, inspectors, etc. She is the first point of contact for all of our buyers and sellers and notifies them throughout the process.  Her experience and professionalism is a great asset to our team and company.

April's husband Aaron Davis is a hockey player and they have a Siberian Huskey named Sage.  April enjoys running, listening to live music and shopping in her spare time.
